Palladians present baroque chamber music with style, uninhibited virtuosity and intelligent musicianship. Firmly established on the international music scene as an ensemble of the highest calibre, over the past 15 years the ensemble has made countless broadcasts and played hundreds of performances in concert series and major festivals across Great Britain, Europe, the Middle East and North and South America. The group enjoy consistent popularity with audiences and critics alike, winning acclaim for their live and recorded sound.

Palladians' award-winning series of recordings for Linn Records has received unanimous praise including 5 Diapason d'Or and many Gramophone 'Editor's Choice' awards. They have been described as ‘one of the best chamber music ensembles – baroque or otherwise – currently in the business’ and Gramophone has praised their 'quick-witted inventiveness and supernatural internal rapport' while the Observer enjoys their 'truly stunning ensemble playing and a genuine flair for the spirit of the dance'. Palladians most recent recording, 'The Devil's Trill' which will present virtuoso violin sonatas of Tartini and Veracini is scheduled for release in 2008. Future plans include recordings of Vivaldi and Buxtehude as well as songs and chamber music of Henry Purcell.
