The duo partnership of baroque violinist Rachel Podger and harpsichord and fortepiano Gary Cooper has taken them worldwide in concert, and includes a universally acclaimed venture to record, on the Channel Classics label, the Complete Sonatas for Keyboard & Violin by Mozart, four volumes of which are already released. Showered with awards and accolades, including three Diapason d’Or and Gramophone Editor’s Choices, Gary and Rachel celebrated the release of Volume 5 with a long awaited Wigmore Hall showcase of the series in February 2008. Future plans include tours throughout Europe and North America.
